摘要
以青岛地铁8号线为例,为解决受周边环境影响,TBM无法于正线上始发的问题,创新性地提出"TBM平移+弧形出渣导洞"始发方案并成功实施,方案满足了TBM主机及后配套组装、始发功能,并通过前期平移出渣运料、后期弧形导洞出渣运料方案解决出渣运料难题,可为类似盾构/TBM设计、施工提供借鉴。
Taking the Qingdao Metro Line 8 as an example,in order to solve the problem that the TBM cannot be launched on the main line due to the impact of the surrounding environment,an innovative proposal for the"TBM translation+arc slag discharge guide tunnel"was proposed and successfully implemented.The solution satisfies the TBM mainframe and the supporting assembly and starting functions.It also solves the problem of slag transportation through the solution of slag transportation in the early stage and the slag transportation in the arc guide tunnel at the later stage.
