摘要
BIM技术广泛应用于建筑行业,预制装配式建筑的设计与施工提高了设计效率,而且对实现绿色建筑亦有很大帮助,因此BIM与建筑工业化融合的绿色建筑成为未来重要的发展趋势。对BIM技术在绿色建筑项目中的实际应用进行分析,模拟建筑施工,可在前期排查施工问题,对实际施工进行指导,获得良好的应用效果。
BIM technology is widely used in the construction industry.The design and construction of prefabricated buildings improves the design efficiency,and it is also very helpful for the realization of green buildings.Therefore,green buildings integrating BIM and building industrialization will become an important development trend in the future.By analyzing the actual application of BIM technology in the preface of green buildings,and simulating the construction of buildings,construction problems can be checked in the early stage,and actual construction can be guided to obtain good application results.
