摘要
加强合同管理特别是国际工程合同中的索赔管理,是提高项目管理水平获得预期收益的主要有效途径。主要从国际工程项目合同索赔管理的时间观念、索赔识别、索赔报告和索赔应用4个方面来阐述索赔在国际工程项目管理中的应用,并结合其国际工程案例分析FIDIC合同相关索赔条款在国际工程项目中的应用。
In order to strengthen the contract management,especially the claim management in the international engineering contract,it is the main effective way to improve the project management level and obtain the expected benefits.This paper mainly expounds the application of claim in international project management from four aspects:time concept,claim identification,claim report and claim application of international project contract claim management,and analyzes the application of FIDIC contract related claim clauses in international project with an international project case.
