摘要
坐浆料是装配式混凝土工程中重要的砂浆材料。通过对坐浆料使用工况分析,提出坐浆料所应满足的性能要求和试验方法,进而对研发的坐浆料进行了性能分析。结果表明,研制的坐浆料性能满足预期指标要求;水料比的小幅变化主要影响坐浆料的流动度及竖向膨胀率,对强度影响不大,在实际使用过程中水的掺量可适当微调,但不宜增大水料比。
Joint mortar is an important mortar material in precast concrete engineering.In this paper,the performance requirements and experimental methods of the joint mortar are put forward by analyzing the operating conditions of the joint mortar,and then analyzes the performance of the joint mortar we developed.The results show that the performance of the developed joint mortar meets the requirements of the expected indicators;small changes in the water-material ratio mainly affect the flow of the joint mortar and the vertical expansion rate,and have little effect on the strength.The amount of water can be adjusted slightly in the actual use process,but it is not appropriate to increase the water-to-material ratio.
