摘要
民用房屋作为我国建筑行业的重要组成部分,对人们居住生活有着广大而深远的影响。对于民用房屋工程建设项目,房屋结构抗震设计直接决定着后续使用过程中对于突发地震的抗震能力。虽然我国对民用房屋的抗震设计有明确的规范要求,但是由于设计条件局限,传统房屋仍然较多没有进行严格的抗震设计,特别是落后的乡镇农村。因此,抗震技术应用作为房屋结构设计的重要组成部分,依旧有着推广研究的必要性。主要从房屋结构入手,探究了抗震技术的应用,希望能为我国民用房屋建设工作的顺利开展提供有利保障。
As an important part of China’s construction industry,civil housing has a broad and far-reaching impact on people’s living.For the civil building construction project,the seismic design of the building structure directly determines the seismic capacity of the sudden earthquake in the subsequent use process.Although there are clear code requirements for seismic design of civil buildings in China,due to the limitations of design conditions,there are still many traditional buildings without strict seismic design,especially in the backward rural areas.Therefore,as an important part of building structure design,the application of seismic technology is still necessary to promote research.The main content of this paper starts with the building structure,explores the application of anti-seismic technology,hoping to provide favorable guarantee for the smooth development of civil building construction in China.
