摘要
建筑平屋面采用倒置式屋面做法中,刚性防水保护层容易受外界因素影响而出现裂缝,不利于屋面的防水保护,因此,在屋面防水保护层施工时,要确保施工工艺的标准规范。但是在实施过程中,不可避免地会出现保护层开裂现象,这时就需要采取有效的方式进行修补,保证屋面防水层的保护效果及屋面美观。主要对屋面防水层裂缝出现的原因以及结合工程实例对防水保护层的施工及裂缝修补措施进行了分析,以供参考。
In the construction of flat roofs,the rigid waterproof protective layer is easy to be cracked by external factors in the case of an inverted roof,which is not conducive to the waterproof protection of the roof.Therefore,in the construction of the waterproof protective layer of the roof,the standard specifications of the construction process must be ensured.However,in the actual process,cracking of the protective layer will inevitably occur.At this time,it is necessary to take effective measures to repair the protective effect of the waterproof layer of the roof and the aesthetic appearance of the roof.The reasons for the cracks in the waterproof layer of the roof and the construction of the waterproof protective layer and crack repair measures are analyzed for reference.
