摘要
在我国经济市场的快速发展下,人们的生活水平越来越高,对周围的建筑环境要求也越来越严格。为了更好地满足人们的生活物质需求与精神需求,在进行设计住宅小区的规划方案时,需更加注重小区规划的科学性与功能性,对于住宅小区的整体协调性也要进行合理的规划。因此,目前的关键问题是要灵活运用一些方法加强小区的规划设计,使更好的构思出现在住宅小区未来的发展中。
With the rapid development of China’s economic market,people’s living standards are getting higher and higher,and the requirements for the surrounding construction environment are becoming more and more strict.In order to better meet the material and spiritual needs of people’s life,our designers need to pay more attention to the scientificity and functionality of residential area planning when designing the planning scheme of residential area,as well as the overall coordination of residential area.Therefore,our current key problem is to use some methods flexibly to strengthen the planning and design of the residential area,so that better ideas can appear in the future development of the residential area.
