水泥基建筑3D打印材料的制备及应用

摘要 3D打印技术的发展时间并不长,但是从诞生到现在得到了快速的发展,并且在各行业的应用中提升了社会效益,还使得人们的生活了有了极大的改善。建筑行业传统的建设方法不仅需要消耗较高的成本,同时还需消耗较长的建设周期。3D打印建筑技术的应用,可使建筑一次成型,减少材料与工艺损耗,为建筑工程节约成本。除了节约成本,还能满足我国"绿色发展"理念,减少建筑工程对环境造成的污染。通过对水泥基建筑3D打印材料的制备及应用进行分析,希望能为实现我国3D打印技术在建筑行业的科学应用。 The development of 3D printing technology is not long,but it has developed rapidly from its birth to the present,and has set off a revolution in the application of the industry,not only improving the society,but also has greatly changed people’s lives.Traditional construction methods in the construction industry not only require higher costs,but also require longer construction cycles.The application of 3D printing construction technology can make the building be molded at one time,reduce material and process losses,and save costs for construction projects.In addition to saving costs,it can also meet China’s"green development"concept and reduce environmental pollution caused by construction projects.This article analyzes the preparation and application of 3D printing materials for cement-based construction,hoping to achieve the scientific application of 3D printing technology in the construction industry in China.
