摘要
装配式混凝土结构中,预制混凝土构件结合面的粗糙度对其装配后的抗剪承载力有很大的影响,与结构安全密切相关。堆砂法是一种成熟的结合面粗糙度检测方法,但是其限制条件较多,且无法实现检测过程与结果的自动化和信息化。本研究在模拟堆砂法原理的基础上,研发了基于3D激光扫描技术的预制混凝土构件结合面粗糙度检测技术。制备3块混凝土粗糙面试块分别进行了3D激光扫描方法和堆砂法的检测,并进行了检测结果对比分析。结果表明,基于3D激光扫描技术的粗糙度检测技术基本满足粗糙度检测的要求,对其应用有待进一步探索研究。
In the precast concrete structure,the roughness of the joint surfaces of the precast components has a remarkable influence on the shear capacity of the assembled concrete structure,which is closely related to the structural safety. The sand patch method is a mature joint surface qualification method,but its application is limited in many real construction sites. By simulating the basic principle of the sand patch method,a new roughness qualification method based on the 3 D laser scan technology is put forward. The comparison analysis is carried out for the test results of the two methods on three standard concrete test blocks. The result shows that the 3 D-laser-scanbased roughness qualification method can meet the requirements of roughness qualification for joint surfaces of precast concrete components,and its application needs further exploration.
