摘要
近地面臭氧对人体具有很强的毒性,所以很多国家和地区都颁布相应的标准和规范来限制室内外臭氧浓度。本文主要介绍了中国和全球范围内室内外空气中臭氧限值浓度标准的规定和发展。我国室外臭氧浓度限值并没有随着时代发展有着很明显的提高要求,但是评价指标和方法日趋完善和科学,而室内臭氧散发源的臭氧浓度限制在我国国标中越来越受到重视。全球各地制定的臭氧限值浓度存在着不小的差异性,但是并没有很强烈的规律说明发达国家现行的臭氧限值浓度要比发展中国家严格,但是全球主要地区的臭氧限值浓度都随着时代的发展而变得更加苛刻和完善。
As near-ground ozone is toxic to the human body,a number of standards have been promulgated by many countries and regions to limit indoor and outdoor ozone concentrations.The stipulation and development of indoor and outdoor ozone limit concentration standards at home and abroad are introduced in this paper.Evaluation indexes and methods in China have become improved and scientific although outdoor ozone limit concentration in China has not been significantly improved over times.It should be noted that ozone concentration limitation of indoor ozone emission sources has been emphasized in China’s standards.There are significant differences in the ozone limit concentrations stipulated around the world,whereas there is no strong rule that the current ozone limit concentration in developed countries is stricter than that in developing countries.All in all,the ozone limit concentration in major regions of the world has become more stringent and completed with the development of the times.
