摘要
针对在淤泥质软土地层情况下的高压旋喷扩大头锚索施工过程中存在的问题,以中山市沙朗镇某小区地基项目为基础,结合实践开展本项施工技术研究。在高压旋喷扩大头锚索施工过程中,采用2.8mm喷嘴钻头,明确钻机转数的适用范围、高压注浆压力以及注浆控制过程中的钻机钻速;研究旋喷扩孔锚索水泥浆配制技术,确定不同软土地质条件下的膨胀土量、水灰比、水泥浆比重。应用高压旋喷扩大头锚索施工技术,项目中整体锚索张拉值能达到锚索设计值的1.4~1.5倍,该施工技术于淤泥质软土地层中效果显著,经济合理,支护效果好,质量安全,性价比高。
In view of the problems existing in the construction process of high-pressure jet grouting and enlarge head anchor cable in the case of muddy soft soil layer,the construction technology research was carried out combined with practice,which was based on a foundation project of a community in Shalang Town,Zhongshan City.During the construction process of high-pressure jet grouting and enlarge head anchor cable,a 2.8mm nozzle bit was used,and the applicable range of the rotation number of the drilling machine,the high-pressure grouting pressure and the drilling speed in the grouting control process were defined.The preparation technology of cement slurry for rotary jet reaming anchor cable were studied,and the volume of expansive soil,water cement ratio and cement slurry specific gravity under different soft soil geological conditions were determined.With the application of the construction technology of high-pressure jet grouting and enlarge head anchor cable,the tension value of the whole anchor cable in the project reached 1.4~1.5 times of the design value of the anchor cable.The construction technology had a significant effect on the muddy soft soil layer,which was economical and reasonable,with good supporting effect,quality safety and high cost performance.
