摘要
对“折叠”理念的起源、概念内涵及空间模型进行梳理和解析,强调收缩城市空间的“多孔化”与“随机性”;并通过实际案例明确城市个体目标的不一致性、限制市场化及合理使用社会资本,强化“折叠”理念下更改城市空间的固有化利用途径,突破以往的城市空间规划路线,为我国未来收缩城市微观空间尺度下实现“精明收缩”提供参考。
Through practical case studies,the paper clarifies the inconsistency of individual city goals,limits marketization,rationalizes the use of social capital,and strengthens the inherent ways of using urban space under the concept of"fold-up",so as to break through the previous urban spatial planning routes.Based on the micro-spatial scale,it provides an inspirational reference for China's future shrinking cities to achieve"smart shrinkage."
