摘要
"一带一路"倡议是对我国更高水平对外开放布局重心的重构,与"一带一路"沿线国家和地区的贸易已成为推动我国外贸增长的重要动力。广东是改革开放的前沿阵地,具备深度参与"一带一路"倡议的独特优势。当前,广东应充分利用粤港澳大湾区建设和自贸试验区建设机遇,以"一带一路"倡议为统领,以通信科技、新能源、新材料、生物科技、电子信息等产业为主导,提高与"一带一路"沿线国家和地区基础设施互联互通水平,推进珠三角、粤港澳、粤东西北地区区域融合,完善一体化的"一带一路"大区域、次区域建设,建设"一带一路"综合服务和管理体系,构建企业对外投资合作的合规监管体系,为广东企业参与"一带一路"倡议"走出去"提供重要战略支持。
The Belt and Road Initiative is a reconstruction of China’s higher level of opening up.Trade with countries and regions along the"Belt and Road"has become an important driving force for China’s foreign trade growth.Guangdong is a frontier position for reform and opening up,and has the unique advantage of deeply participating in the construction of the"Belt and Road"initiative.At present,Guangdong should make full use of the opportunities in the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the construction of the Pilot Free Trade Zone,take the construction of the"Belt and Road"as the lead,Through leading industries such as communication technology,new energy,new materials,biotechnology,electronic information,improve the level of infrastructure interconnection with countries along the route,promote the regional integration of the Pearl River Delta,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and East,West,and North regions of Guangdong,improve the integrated"Belt and Road"large area and sub-region construction,build a"Belt and Road"comprehensive service and management system,build a compliance supervision system for enterprises’foreign investment cooperation.Thus provide important strategic support for enterprises to participate in the"Belt and Road"initiative.
