摘要
本文主要依据金门沙美万安堂的乩示文献,考察闽南乩童仪式传统的社会文化功能。万安堂的乩童是社区性仪式组织,通过降神扶乩发布"神谕",在社区仪式活动与地方公共事务中占主导地位。这种人神交流的特殊形式,反映了闽南乡土社会的文化整合与社区权力体系的仪式化过程。
Based on religious documents from the Wan’an Hall of Shamei,Kinmen,this paper investigates the socio-cultural functions of the ritual tradition of spirit mediums in Southern Hokkien.as argued here,spirit mediums of Wan’an Hall are a communal ritual organization.They announce divine orders through channeling spirits and interpretation of religious texts,and occupy a leading role in communal ritual activities and local public affairs.The special form of communication between god and humans reflects the cultural integration of local society in Southern Hokkien and the ritualization process of the communal power system.
