Customer Perceived Product Quality Evaluation Based on Comment Big Data

摘要 随着消费方式的升级,消费者对产品质量的要求提高,且对产品的诉求变化迅速,企业需要更及时地了解消费者对产品质量的态度,而通过传统的问卷方式获取消费者对产品的感知质量已经不能满足这一需求。互联网和物联网技术与制造、服务系统的深度融合,使产品的整个生命周期有大量实时数据产生,这些数据为更及时地获取消费者对产品质量的评价提供了数据支撑。因此,本文提出一种基于用户评论大数据的消费者感知质量评价方法。该方法不仅能够缩减调研的时间和人工成本,还能帮助企业更快地找到消费者关注的产品质量属性,获得消费者对产品质量属性层面满意或不满意的程度。 With the upgrading of consumption mode,consumers’requirements for product quality are improved,and their demands for products are changing rapidly.Enterprises need to understand consumers’attitudes towards product quality more quickly.However,obtaining consumers’perception of product quality through traditional questionnaire can no longer meet this demand.The deep integration of Internet and Internet of things technology with manufacturing and service system makes a large number of real-time data generated in the whole life cycle of products,which provides data support for obtaining consumers’evaluation of product quality more quickly.Thus,this paper proposes a method of consumer perceived quality evaluation based on user comment data.This method can not only reduce the time and labor cost of research,but also help enterprises find the product quality attributes that consumers pay attention to more quickly,and obtain the degree of consumers’satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the product quality attributes.
