摘要
在大学生就业难的大背景下,对毕业生就业状况的影响因素进行数据分析非常有意义。本文通过问卷调查,针对地方性普通高校经济管理类专业的学生,从家庭状况、学生就业行为、教育途径3个方面,对就业状况的影响因素进行了分析和研究。为更有效地开展大学生就业指导服务工作提出了一些有益的建议和思考。
It is significant to analyze the factors influencing the employment status of graduates through data analysis under the situation of university students facing employment difficulty.By conducting a questionnaire survey of the students majoring in economics and management in local universities,this article analyzes and researches the factors influencing the employment status of graduates from the three aspects of family status,employment behavior and educational approach of graduates,for providing some useful suggestions and reflections for the improvement of the college students’employment guidance service.
