摘要
伴随着2020年COVID-19疫情暴发,本已压力重重的大学生就业又增加了新的困难,如何保质保量完成就业工作成了社会重点关注话题。本文通过对一名硕士研究生进行生涯规划的真实个案,探讨高校如何运用GCDF理论进行就业指导和思想教育,并为疫情下如何转变学生就业观念、减轻学生就业心理压力提供思路。
With the outbreak of covid-19 epidemic in 2020,new difficulties have been added for graduates who are already under employment pressure.How to complete the employment work with quality and quantity has become a key topic of social concern.Through a real case of career planning for a graduate student,this paper discussed how to carry out employment guidance and ideological education with GCDF theory,so as to provide ideas on how to change graduates’employment concepts and reduce their employment pressure under the epidemic.
