摘要
在对小学科学教师教学中存在的问题及成因、小学科学教师培训的现状和问题、对国内外小学科学教师培训的研究和经验进行了分析的基础上,提出基于项目式学习(PBL)的小学科学教师培训模式,并对初步实施的效果做了报告。
Based on the analysis of the problems and causes existing in the teaching of primary school science teachers,the current situation and problems of primary school science teacher training,and the research and experience of primary school science teacher training at home and abroad,this paper puts forward a primary school science teacher training model based on project-based learning(PBL),and reports the preliminary implementation effect.
