摘要
组织育人是高校思想政治工作体系之一。积极组织理论及其相关研究主题对高校组织育人具有积极的借鉴意义。以积极组织理论为基础,高校组织育人具体路径可包括培养积极领导力,运用组织开发学生心理资本,利用积极的组织氛围培养学生积极情绪和健康人格,在组织中培养"我们"的意识和组织公民行为。
Organizational education is one of the ideological and political work systems in colleges and universities.Positive organization theory and its related research topics have positive reference significance for organizational education in colleges and universities.Based on the theory of positive organization,the specific ways of organizational education in colleges and universities can include cultivating positive leadership,using organization to develop students’psychological capital,using positive organizational atmosphere to cultivate students’positive emotion and healthy personality,and cultivating"our"consciousness and organizational public behavior in the organization.
