摘要
大学生就业创业是高校需要重视解决的课题,高校辅导员与大学生的日常学习和生活接触较多,承担学生就业工作体系基层环节的工作,在就业指导工作中起着至关重要的作用。因此要结合现阶段大学生就业工作开展现状,发挥辅导员的作用,引导学生夯实基础,多方面着手,做好大学生就业指导工作。文章分析了高校辅导员在大学生就业工作中的作用,结合现阶段大学生就业工作现状,提出发挥高校辅导员在大学生就业工作中作用的创新策略。
College students’employment and entrepreneurship is a subject that colleges and universities need to pay attention to.College counselors have more contact with college students’daily study and life.They undertake the work of the grass-roots links of the student employment work system and play a vital role in the employment guidance work.Therefore,we should combine the current situation of college students’employment work,give full play to the role of counselors,guide students to consolidate the foundation,start from many aspects,and do a good job in college students’employment guidance.This paper analyzes the role of college counselors in college students’employment,and puts forward innovative strategies to give full play to the role of college counselors in college students’employment.
