摘要
当前市场竞争更加激烈,需要更多综合性的人才,人才除了要掌握必备的专业知识和技能外,还要有良好的心理素质,促进德智体美劳全面发展。但当前许多学生受学习、生活的困扰,或多或少地存在一些心理问题,因此构建心理健康教育体系很有必要。文章首先分析学生心理现状和问题;其次分析构建心理健康教育心理学的必要性;最后分析构建心理健康教育心理学的价值,为以后的研究提供参考。
At present,the market competition is more intense and more comprehensive talents are needed.In addition to mastering the necessary professional knowledge and skills,such talents should also have good psychological quality and develop in an all-round way in morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.However,at present,many students are troubled by study and life,and some psychological problems appear more or less.Therefore,it is necessary to build a mental health education system.This paper first analyzes the current situation and problems of students’psychology,and then analyzes the necessity of constructing the psychology of mental health education;Finally,it analyzes the value of constructing the psychology of mental health education,so as to provide reference for future research.
