摘要
随着我国综合国力日益增强,网络信息更加发达,大学生思想特征呈现多元化发展,思想政治教育工作成为常变常新的时代课题,高校辅导员也成为思想政治教育的骨干力量。思想政治教育是高校各项工作的生命线,文章从辅导员的视阈出发,分析大学生思想政治教育是时代需求和人才培养的诉求,探讨开展思想政治教育工作存在的问题,探索分析方式方法,以期提高思想政治教育育人实效。
With the increasing comprehensive national strength,the more developed network information and the diversified development of college students’ideological characteristics,ideological and political education has become an ever-changing and new topic of the times,and college counselors have also become the backbone of Ideological and political education.Ideological and political education is the lifeline of all kinds of work in colleges and universities.Starting from the perspective of counselors,this paper analyzes that college students’Ideological and political education is the demand of the times and talent training,discusses the problems existing in carrying out ideological and political education,and explores analysis methods,in order to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.
