摘要
大学生职业生涯规划是一门与学生学习质量、求职就业和未来发展规划密切相关的学科。接受优质的职业生涯教育教育对学生顺利就业、制定科学的人生发展规划有着重要意义。而思政理念与职业规划课程的有效结合是我们提升课程教育质量的关键所在。文章详细解读了大学生职业生涯规划教学存在的问题,并提出了社会主义思想指导教学、加强价值观引领、加强职业道德教育等多项教学建议。
College students’career planning is a subject closely related to students’learning quality,job search and employment and future development planning.Receiving high-quality career education is of great significance to students’smooth employment and making scientific life development plans.The effective combination of Ideological and political ideas and career planning curriculum is the key to improve the quality of curriculum education.Therefore,this paper interprets the problems existing in the teaching of college students’career planning in detail,and puts forward a number of teaching suggestions,such as guiding the teaching with socialist ideology,strengthening the guidance of values,strengthening the education of professional ethics and so on.
