摘要
随着高校的不断扩招,应届毕业生的人数、应往届需就业的人数也在逐年增加,当前高校毕业生面临着严峻的就业形势。在这一背景之下,高校的就业指导工作愈发重要,教师通过将就业指导与思政教育紧密结合,引导大学生树立正确的就业择业观,成为当下高校就业指导工作的主要任务。
With the continuous enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,the number of fresh graduates and the number of former graduates who need employment are also increasing year by year.At present,college graduates are facing a severe employment situation.Under this background,employment guidance in colleges and universities is becoming more and more important.Teachers guide college students to establish a correct view of employment and career choice by closely combining employment guidance with ideological and political education,which has become the main task of employment guidance in colleges and universities at present.
