摘要
就业创业教育是大学教育中非常重要的一项内容,而在该项内容的教育过程中必须要以思政教育为根基,二者有机融合为社会发展输送更多高素质人才。文章就思政教育工作与大学生就业创业教育的关联,及现如今大学教育中二者融合的相关问题进行了深入探讨,并针对性地提出了将二者有机融合的相关策略,包括转变教育理念、丰富教育内容、创新教育方法和提升教师素养,旨在促进人才的高质量培养。
Employment and entrepreneurship education is a very important part of university education,and the education process of this content must be based on Ideological and political education,and the two are organically integrated to deliver more high-quality talents for social development.This paper deeply discusses the relationship between Ideological and political education and college students’employment and entrepreneurship education,as well as the related problems of the integration of the two in today’s college education,and puts forward relevant strategies to organically integrate the two,including changing educational ideas,enriching educational content,innovating educational methods and improving teachers’quality,in order to promote the high-quality training of talents.
