摘要
为对接《1+X污水处理职业技能等级标准》,学校树立了“四融通”“污水处理技术”课程改革目标,形成了“岗—课—赛—证”融通课程教学模式。教师遵循学生认知规律,以岗位能力输出为导向,以“污水处理工艺运行工作过程”为学习主线,以“主动获取需求”为学习导线,以“智交互”一体化教学资源为教学技术应用亮点,基于真实工作过程构建以技能训练为核心,以“弘扬工匠精神、投身国家水环境保护事业”为思政要素,架构系统化“三联三化”教学实践体系实施课程改革,对培育污水处理高素质技术技能人才进行大量创新与实践,取得了突出的课改成效。
In order to meet the"1+X sewage treatment vocational skill level standard",the school has set up the curriculum reform goals of"Four Integrations"and"sewage treatment technology",and formed the teaching mode of"post class competition certificate"integration curriculum.The teachers follow the students’cognitive laws,take the post ability output as the guide,take the"sewage treatment process operation and working process"as the main line of learning,take the"active acquisition of demand"as the learning guide,take the"intelligent interaction"integrated teaching resources as the highlight of teaching technology application,build a system based on the real working process,take skill training as the core,and take"promoting the craftsman spirit and participating in the national water environment protection cause"as the ideological and political elements,a systematic teaching practice system of"three links and three changes"was established to implement the curriculum reform.A large number of innovations and practices were carried out to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled personnel in sewage treatment,and outstanding results were achieved in the curriculum reform.
