摘要
合作共赢的团队运行方式在当今各类组织中非常普遍,对“团队领导力”的理论研究方兴未艾,各种理论成果颇丰,但这众多的理论研究及其成果,大都局限于企业组织中,立足于学科团队去探讨领导力的问题,迄今在理论界并不多见。文章将以一流学科建设为背景,从组织成员特征、组织环境、组织运行机制和学科带头人等方面论述学科团队领导力的影响与建设问题,试图为学科团队领导力的强化提供理论与实践依据。
The team operation mode of cooperation and win-win is very common in all kinds of organizations today.The theoretical research on"team leadership"is in the ascendant,and various theoretical achievements are abundant.However,most of these theoretical studies and achievements are limited to enterprise organizations,and it is rare in the theoretical field to explore leadership based on discipline teams.Based on the first-class discipline construction,this paper will discuss the influence and construction of discipline team leadership from the aspects of organization member characteristics,organization environment,organization operation mechanism and discipline leaders,and try to provide theoretical and practical basis for strengthening discipline team leadership.
