摘要
《数控机床故障诊断与维修》课程的理论性和实践性较强,该课程要求学生掌握数控机床的使用、保养、维修等基础知识,养成良好的职业素养。新型活页式教材的开发与应用,是提高课程教学质量的重要手段。文章明确了《数控机床故障诊断与维修》活页式教材的开发思路,介绍了活页式教材的开发过程,以活页式教材中的典型工作任务为例,创新了教学方法,优化了教学过程,建立了教学效果评价体系,最后总结了活页式教材在课程教学中的应用成效。
The course of Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance of CNC Machine Tools is highly theoretical and practical.This course requires students to master the basic knowledge of the use,maintenance and repair of CNC machine tools and develop good professional quality.The development and application of new loose leaf textbooks is an important means to improve the quality of curriculum teaching.This paper defines the development idea of the loose leaf teaching material"Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance of CNC Machine Tools",introduces the development process of the loose leaf teaching material,takes the typical tasks in the loose leaf teaching material as an example,innovates the teaching method,optimizes the teaching process,establishes the teaching effect evaluation system,and finally summarizes the application effect of the loose leaf teaching material in the course teaching.
