摘要
研究生导师是研究生培养的第一责任人,导师指导能力和水平的高低对研究生培养质量具有重要影响,导师培训是提升导师指导能力和水平的重要举措。通过阐述研究生导师培训的现实意义、培训现状及存在问题,提出健全分层分类的培训制度,强化有针对性的培训内容,丰富互动性的培训形式,注重培训的考核评估,促进导师培训机制更加完善。
As the first responsible person for postgraduate cultivating,postgraduate tutors’ability and level of guidance has an important impact on the quality of postgraduate cultivating,while the training for tutors serves as an important measure to improve it.By analyzing the significance,reality and existing problems of postgraduate tutor training,several means are proposed to promote the improvement of tutor training mechanism:improving hierarchical and categorized training system,strengthening targeted training content,enriching interactive training forms,and focusing on training assessment.
