摘要 文章基于OBE理念,对新工科人才培养教学管理运行机制进行创新性研究,提出加强人才培养目标与企业行业发展趋势的匹配性;以技术思维为导向构建学科交叉融合的专业特色课程体系;以真实环境育人,创建集工程实践、创新能力及综合素质培养于一体的实践环节,使教学管理和运行机制得到不断的优化,提升教学质量,为社会培养更多优秀的工科人才。 Based on the concept of OBE,this paper makes an innovative research on the operation mechanism of the teaching management of the new engineering talents training,and proposes to strengthen the matching between the talent training objectives and the development trend of the enterprise industry;To construct the specialized characteristic curriculum system of interdisciplinary integration guided by technical thinking;Educate people in a real environment,create a practice link integrating engineering practice,innovation ability and comprehensive quality training,constantly optimize the teaching management and operation mechanism,improve the teaching quality,and cultivate more excellent engineering talents for the society.
