“公共关系学”混合式教学模式创新与实践

摘要 随着数字技术与教育的加速融合,混合式教学已经成为高等教育的新常态。但混合式教学模式如何设计和创新,是在教学实践中面临的核心问题。“公共关系学”作为一门高度综合、实践性强的管理类课程,可充分利用慕课、案例、视频等线上资源,结合线下项目式教学,实现混合式教学,真正实现“以学生为主体”,优化混合学习体验,提高学习成效。但在实践过程中,混合式教学也面临很多问题与挑战:如何整合海量的教学资源、合理安排线上线下的教学时间,如何激励学生的自律性、增强线上线下的互动效果,都是在需要进一步探索和实践的。 With the accelerated integration of digital technology and education,mixed teaching has become the new normal of higher education.But how to design and innovate the mixed teaching mode is the core problem in teaching practice.As a highly comprehensive and practical management course,"Public Relations"can make full use of online resources such as online courses,cases and videos,and combine offline project-based teaching to achieve mixed teaching,truly realize"student centered",optimize mixed learning experience and improve learning effectiveness.However,in the process of practice,mixed teaching also faces many problems and challenges:how to integrate massive teaching resources,reasonably arrange online and offline teaching time,how to stimulate students’self-discipline,and how to enhance online and offline interaction are all in need of further exploration and practice.
