摘要
以化学为基础的学科由于其与材料、能源、环境以及生命科学等密切交叉,已成为诸多大学的必修课程,培养创新型的化学类人才也备受关注。针对“创新性实验”和“本科毕业论文”原有独立培养模式的不足,创新提出“两位一体化”的培养模式并进行改革和实践,全方位提升学生的科研创新能力和专业素养,进而实现高质量的就业和升学深造,有力推进了化学类一流本科专业的建设。文章对这一模式的教学实践和成果进行了探讨和总结。
Because of its close interplay with materials,energy,environment and life sciences,chemistry-based disciplines have become compulsory courses in many universities,and the cultivation of innovative chemistry talents has attracted increasing attention.For the lack of independent training mode of the“Innovative experiment"and"Bachelor’s degree thesis training","Integration of the two"training mode has carried on the reform and practice,which promoted the students’scientific research innovation ability and comprehensive professional quality.It also realized high quality of employment and enrollment for schools to further their studies.It has effectively promoted the construction of first-class undergraduate major in chemistry.This work discussed and summarized the teaching practice and results of this model.
