摘要
继续教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,为了适应冶金行业新发展阶段对专业技术人才的需求,文章从培养学生系统性工程思维和多学科知识体系的角度出发,分析了冶金专业继续教育教学的现状和问题,阐述了新发展阶段冶金专业教学课程的特点,进而提出继续教育课程的定位和4个方面的建设目标。结合冶金专业继续教育教学实践,在5个方面探索继续教育课程设计和建设的改进方向,完善教学内容,丰富教学手段,强化课程考核和管理。
Continuing education is an important part of higher education. In order to meet the demand for professional and technical talents in the new development stage of metallurgical industry, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of continuing education and teaching in metallurgical specialty from the perspective of cultivating students’ systematic engineering thinking and multidisciplinary knowledge system, expounds the characteristics of metallurgical specialty teaching courses in the new development stage, and then puts forward the orientation of continuing education courses and four aspects of construction goals. Combined with the teaching practice of continuing education in metallurgy specialty, this paper explores the improvement direction of curriculum design and construction of continuing education in five aspects, improves teaching content, enriches teaching means, and strengthens curriculum assessment and management.
