摘要
                
                    大型仪器设备的功能提升对于教育部重点实验室平台的有效运行至关重要。新工科建设背景下,厘清应力加载系统功能开发及提升的建设思路,具有重要意义。文章结合目前应力加载系统使用功能与应用的现状与问题,从细胞居中培养、细胞动静态培养、细胞共培养等三个方面探讨应力加载系统的升级增配、扩展与完善的途径,致力于提升应力加载系统的科研教学服务以及社会服务价值,为大型仪器设备的功能提升方面提供借鉴和参考,为新工科卓越人才培养提供重要保障。
                
                The function improvement of large instruments and equipment are very important for the effective operation of the key laboratory platform of the Ministry of education. Under the background of new engineering construction, it is greatly significant to clarify the construction ideas of functional development and promotion of stress loading system. Combined with the current situation and problems of the use function and application of the stress loading system, this paper discusses the ways of upgrading, adding, expanding and improving the stress loading system from three aspects of cell centered culture, cell dynamic and static culture and cell co-culture, and is committed to improving the scientific research, teaching and social service value of the stress loading system, so as to provide an important guarantee for the cultivation of new engineering talents, and provide reference for the function improvement of large-scale instruments and equipment.
