Exploration on the Strategies for Improving the Ability of Tutors in Colleges with Multi-disciplinary Characteristics

摘要 研究生教育是培养高层次创新人才的重要途径,高水平研究生培养离不开高质量的研究生导师队伍。在多学科特色学院,导师队伍建设受到资源分配不均、评价政策单一、培训内容片面等限制。文章面向学科特点和差异,深入分析多学科导师在发展过程中面临的新形势新挑战,通过建立兼顾多学科特色的导师评价模型和培训体系,构建导师能力提升动态闭环机制,探索导师能力提升策略,从而更好地发挥导师立德树人作用,提高研究生培养质量。 Graduate education is an important way to cultivate high-level innovative talents,and the quality of students is closely related to the level of their tutors.In multidisciplinary colleges,the construction of the tutor team is subject to multiple restrictions such as unevenness of resources,unsound evaluation policy,and incomplete training content.This context,based on the characteristics and differences of disciplines,deeply analyzes the current situation and challenges encountered during the development process.Herein,we proposed some suggestions improve ability of tutors from the aspect of establishing evaluation model and training system that take account of multidisciplinary characteristics,building a dynamic mechanism.As a result,we hope that these suggestions can better play the role of tutors in cultivating morality and talents,and improve the quality of postgraduate training.
