应用型人才培养质量评价:多元要素与协同路径

Quality Evaluation of Application-oriented Talent Training:Multiple Elements and Collaborative Paths

摘要 现阶段,我国教育评价改革由各单一主体评价向多主体协同的综合性评价转变,高等教育质量评价的多元化表明评价由认识论向关注利益相关者的价值论转变,进一步完善多主体协同评价方式,是提升应用型本科人才培养质量的必然之路。文章从利益相关者协同角度,基于改进高校内部评价分离、评价主体虚置、评价效果甚微、评价反馈无效等现状,探索符合应用型本科高校发展特点的,监测、改进与评价相结合的协同评价路径。 Nowadays,China's education evaluation reform has changed from single-subject evaluation to multi-subject collaborative comprehensive evaluation,and the diversification of higher education quality evaluation indicates that evaluation has changed from epistemology to value-based focus on stakeholders,and further improving the multi-subject collaborative evaluation method is an inevitable way to improve the quality of application-oriented undergraduate talent training.From the perspective of stakeholder collaboration,this paper explores a collaborative evaluation path that combines monitoring,improvement and evaluation that meets the development characteristics of application-oriented undergraduate universities and is based on the current situation of improving the internal evaluation separation of universities,the vacancy of evaluation subjects,the little evaluation effect,and the ineffective evaluation feedback.
