摘要
管理学是开放大学学员受众最广的基础课程之一,面向知识体系不完整、管理认知不均衡的学员,基于建构主义的案例教学法为管理学课程在广大学员中有效开展,充分发挥学员的学习主动性提供了理论基础。文章初步探讨了基于建构主义的“案例+游戏”教学模式的实施步骤和教学细节,以“管理学基础”组织部分的组织结构设计这一知识模块,具体呈现了基于建构主义“案例+游戏”教学模式的课程教学环节设计和落实操作,适用于强调应用的教学改革目标,为论证基于建构主义“案例+游戏”的教学模式在“管理学基础”课程中的实际应用和有效开展提供了实践依据。
Management is one of the most widely accepted basic courses for students in Open University.It is aimed at students with incomplete knowledge systems and uneven management cognition.The constructivist case teaching method provides a theoretical basis for the effective implementation of management courses among a large number of students and the full play of their learning initiative.This article preliminarily discusses the implementation steps and teaching details of the constructivist"case+game"teaching model.Taking the organizational structure design of the organizational part of the"management foundation"as an example,it specifically presents the design and implementation of the curriculum teaching links based on the constructivist"case+game"teaching model,which is suitable for teaching reform objectives that emphasize application,This provides a practical basis for demonstrating the practical application and effective development of the"case+game"teaching model based on constructivism in the course of"Fundamentals of Management".
