融合智力因素与非智力因素的高校教学过程性评价探索 被引量:2

摘要 经济高质量发展目标对经济类学生的素质提出较高的要求,高校亟须培养高质量的经济学人才,促进其高质量充分就业。由此高校教学改革势在必行,探索新的培养模式和教学评价体系是重要途径。高校现行教学评价制度大多只关注学生的智力因素,忽略了学生的非智力因素,导致“唯分数论”的现象严重。文章以高校经济类课程为例,旨在探索一种将学生的智力因素与非智力因素融合的多维度过程性教学评价模式,不仅有助于全方面培养学生的能力,提高学生的就业率和升学率,还可以帮助教师改进教学手段,提高教学质量。 The development of economy and society puts forward higher requirements for the quality of economic students.Colleges and universities urgently need to cultivate high-quality economic talents.Therefore,the teaching reform of colleges and universities is imperative.Exploring new training models and teaching evaluation systems is an important way.Most of the current teaching assessment methods in universities only focus on the intellectual factors of students,ignoring the non-intellectual factors of students and resulting in a serious phenomenon of"score only theory".Taking economic courses as an example,this paper aims to explore a multi-dimensional process teaching evaluation pattern that integrates students'intellectual factors and non-intellectual factors.It not only helps to cultivate students'ability in all aspects,and improve students'employment rate and enrollment rate,but also helps teachers improve teaching methods,and improve teaching quality.
