摘要
现代学徒制对高职商务英语专业的发展有着重要的作用,它能使该专业培养的学生更符合企业的用人需求,切实解决“企业用工荒”和“学生工作难”的矛盾。学校、企业联合共建“双导师”师资队伍是现代学徒制工作的重要任务。文章分析了高职商务英语专业“双导师”建设中的问题,并提出了针对性策略。
The modern apprenticeship system plays an important role in the development of business English majors in higher vocational colleges.It can make the students trained in this major more suitable for the employment needs of enterprises,and effectively solve the contradiction between"shortage of employment in enterprises"and"difficulty in students'work".It is an important task for modern apprenticeship work for schools and enterprises to jointly build a"double mentor"teaching team.This article analyzes the problems in the construction of"dual tutor"for business English majors in higher vocational colleges,and proposes targeted strategies.
