产出导向的应用电子技术教育专业培养体系构建 被引量:1

摘要 传统的专业培养体系以学科为导向,培养目标遵循“正向设计”原则,但这种培养体系已经不能满足社会经济发展的需求。湖南师范大学应用电子技术教育专业全面贯彻“产出导向”理念,坚持学生中心、倡导合作学习、推进多元评价,构建了产出导向的专业人才培养体系;持续推进教育教学改革,从以教师为中心向以学生为中心转换,重点培养学生的综合能力与高级思维,增加学生学习的获得感与成就感,培养学生适应未来生存的能力,满足社会经济发展对应用电子技术教育专业的人才需求。 The traditional professional training system of applied electronic technology education is disciplineoriented,and the training goal follows the principle of"positive design",which can no longer meet the needs of social and economic development.So the reconstruction of the professional training system and curriculum teaching reform are imperative.The Applied Electronic Technology Education major of Hunan Normal University fully implements the concept of"output-oriented",follows the principle of"reverse design",adheres to the student-centered,advocates cooperative learning,promotes multiple evaluation,and builds an output-oriented professional talent training system.Through the continuous promotion of education and teaching reform,the major focus on cultivating students'comprehensive ability and advanced thinking,increases students'sense of gain and achievement in learning,provide students with the ability to adapt to future life,which meets the talent needs of social and economic development for applied electronic technology education majors.
