摘要
研究生联合培养基地作为高校与合作单位共同建设的组织,在管理过程中,需要运用目标管理,使合作双方的责、权、利得以明晰,通过制订合作计划、分解任务、组织实施目标等控制步骤,开展相关培养和管理工作,确保联合培养目标得以实现,使合作双方均能获取各自的利益。文章从目标管理研究角度出发,分析目标管理在研究生联合培养基地建设中的重要作用,提出在研究生联合培养基地管理中存在的问题,并试图讨论解决途径,使其能有效促进研究生培养质量提升,为地方社会经济发展做出应有的贡献。
As an organization jointly built by universities and cooperative units,the graduate joint training base needs to use objective management in the management process to clarify the responsibilities,rights,and benefits of both parties.By formulating cooperation plans,decomposing tasks,organizing implementation goals,and other control steps,relevant training and management work should be carried out to ensure that the joint training goals are achieved,so that both parties can obtain their own interests.This article starts from the perspective of goal management research,analyzes the important role of goal management in the construction of graduate joint training bases,proposes the problems in the management of graduate joint training bases,and attempts to discuss solutions to effectively promote the improvement of graduate training quality and make due contributions to local social and economic development.
