摘要
高校既是创新型人才培养的高地,也是对青年学生进行思想政治教育和落实立德树人根本任务的主阵地。班主任作为学生管理工作的具体组织者与实施者,在高校人才培养过程中发挥着重要作用。基于当前高校班主任工作中存在的具体问题,围绕“三全育人”视域下对班主任工作提出的新要求、新挑战,对其角色定位和作用发挥进行了分析与阐释,并对高校班主任工作的基本思路与工作重心进行了探讨,以期能够为广大高校学生工作者特别是高校班主任进一步提高工作效力和管理水平提供有益参考。
Universities are not only the highland for cultivating innovative talents,but also the main battlefield for carrying out ideological and political education for young students and implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent.As the specific organizer and implementer of student management work,the homeroom teacher plays an important role in the process of talent cultivation in universities.Based on the specific problems existing in the current work of class teachers in universities,this paper analyzes and explains the new requirements and challenges proposed for class teacher work from the perspective of"three comprehensive education",and explores the basic ideas and work focus of class teacher work in universities,In the hope of providing useful references for the vast number of university student workers,especially for university homeroom teachers,to further improve their work efficiency and management level.
