以工程实践为导向的轨道工程教学改革探索

摘要 文章针对轨道工程教学中存在的教材内容更新滞后、课程内容脉络不清、理论与实践割裂及考核偏重理论知识等现状,结合新一代信息技术发展背景下铁路行业的发展趋势及其对专业技术人才能力需求的变化,从教学课程内容优化、多种教学模式并用、课堂―铁路局交互扩展以及铁道工程竞赛引入等方面开展了教学改革探索。实践教学改革旨在提升学生学习的自主性与积极性,尤其是学生运用理论知识解决实际问题的能力。 There are some problems of the lag in the update of teaching textbook,unclear course content structure,separation of theory and practice,and emphasis on theoretical knowledge in the teaching of Track Engineering at present.Combining the development trend of the railway industry affected by the development of new information technology development and the changeable demand for professional and technical personnel,teaching reform exploration was carried out from the optimization of teaching course content,simultaneous use of multiple teaching modes,interactive expansion of classroom-railway bureau,and introduction of track engineering competition.The reform can enhance students'learning autonomy and enthusiasm,especially their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems.
