摘要
随着我国高等教育事业不断的发展、就业单位营商环境的变化,相比国内985、211等知名高校,就业单位对“双非”院校的高校毕业生认可度更低,对于“双非”院校的高校毕业生而言,想真正实现高质量就业更加困难,国内对于驻鲁“双非”院校大学生就业意向的调查分析相对较少。文章立足山东,对驻鲁“双非”院校应届本科生进行抽样分析,探索这个群体的就业意向,从而提出一系列改进措施。
With the continuous development of higher education in China and changes in the business environment of employment units,compared to well-known universities such as 985 and 211 in China,employment units have lower recognition of graduates from"double non"universities.For graduates from"double non"universities,it is more difficult to truly achieve high-quality employment.There are relatively few surveys and analyses on the employment intentions of students from"double non"universities in Shandong in China.This article is based in Shandong,conducts a sampling analysis of fresh undergraduate students from"Double Non"universities in Shandong,explores their employment intentions,and proposes a series of improvement measures.
