摘要
青年志愿服务作为高校思政课实践教学中的重要组成部分,对提升高校育人水平与教学成效有着积极意义。文章对青年志愿服务与高校思政实践教学的关系加以分析,讨论了二者融合过程中应遵循的原则及面临的挑战,在此基础上提出深化思想意识建设、构建完善的实践运行机制、加大新媒体技术应用力度、建立二者融合的保障体系以及加强师资队伍建设等措施,为大学生思想道德建设打下基础。
Youth volunteer service,as an important component of practical teaching of ideological and political courses in universities,has a positive significance in improving the level of education and teaching effectiveness in universities.The article analyzes the relationship between youth volunteer service and ideological and political practice teaching in universities,discusses the principles to be followed and the challenges to be faced in the process of integrating the two.Based on this,measures are proposed to deepen ideological awareness construction,build a sound practical operation mechanism,increase the application of new media technology,establish a guarantee system for the integration of the two,and strengthen the construction of teaching staff,laying a foundation for the ideological and moral construction of college students.
