摘要
学生管理工作是高职院校学院管理的重要组成部分,辅导员作为学生管理工作的实施者,是与学生接触最密切的教职人员,其发挥着思想教育引导和心理健康教育传播的责任,应当积极革新原有管理理念、管理机制与方法,灵活借助各种信息技术,积极探索适应管理信息化发展的工作模式。文章基于管理信息化背景,以学生管理工作特点为切入点,结合多年工作经验和案例分析,就如何创新学生管理工作,加强学生管理工作信息化建设提出建议,旨在创新学生管理模式,提升学生管理工作效率与质量。
Student management work is an important component of the management of vocational colleges.As implementers of student management work,counselors are the closest and most influential teaching staff with students.They play the responsibility of guiding ideological education and promoting mental health education.They should actively innovate their original management concepts,mechanisms,and methods,flexibly utilize various information technologies,and actively explore work models that adapt to the development of management informatization.The article is based on the background of management informatization,taking the characteristics of student management work as the starting point,combined with years of work experience and case analysis,and proposes suggestions on how to innovate student management work and strengthen the informatization construction of student management work.The aim is to innovate student management models,improve the efficiency and quality of student management work.
