摘要
在当今科技迅猛发展的时代,研究生是高校科研团队中不可或缺的一部分,研究生的管理对于科研团队的高效运转具有至关重要的作用。文章基于高校科研团队、研究生及研究生管理的重要性,从研究生的选拔和培养、研究生的指导入手,探讨了高校科研团队中研究生的管理,提出了相应的管理建议,旨在为提高高校科研团队中研究生的培养质量提供参考。
In today's era of rapid technology development,graduate students are an indispensable part of university research teams,and their management plays a vital role in the efficient operation of research teams.This paper is based on the importance of university research team,graduate students and graduate management.From the aspects of the selection and cultivation,the guidance of graduate students,this paper discusses the management of graduate students in university research teams,and puts forward corresponding management suggestions.The purpose is to provide reference for improving the quality of graduate student training in university research teams.
