摘要
我国是世界第一水产养殖大国,水产养殖业已成为沿海地区的支柱产业。养殖规模的扩大与质量安全水平的提高对从业人员综合素质提出了更高的要求。应用型人才理论知识丰富、能够将理论与实践相结合、掌握岗位所需核心技术与能力、具有创新思维与能力,能够更好地适应水产养殖业对人才的需求。加强应用型人才培养改革已成为水产养殖学专业改革的重要导向。文章提出,高校应积极从课程改革、实践基地建设、实践模式构建、创新创业教育嵌入等维度入手进行探索与实践。
China is the world's largest aquaculture country,and aquaculture has become a pillar industry in coastal areas.The expansion of aquaculture scale and the improvement of quality and safety level have put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of employees.Applied talents have rich theoretical knowledge,can combine theory with practice,master the core technologies and abilities required for their positions,have innovative thinking and abilities,and can better adapt to the talent needs of the aquaculture industry.Strengthening the reform of applied talent cultivation has become an important direction for the reform of aquaculture majors.The article proposes that universities should actively explore and practice from the dimensions of curriculum reform,construction of practical bases,construction of practical models,and embedding of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
