摘要
高职教育担负着培养大国工匠、能工巧匠的责任,而大学生党员作为高职院校中的先进分子,对其的培养和教育已成为党建工作的重中之重。文章拟以四所淮安本土高职院校的学生党员发展情况作为主要调查对象,分析调查中出现的问题,为构建高职学生党员发展质量保障体系提供了一整套行之有效的对策,一定程度上破解了学生党建工作的难题。
Vocational education bears the responsibility of cultivating great country craftsmen and skilled craftsmen,and as advanced members in vocational colleges,the cultivation and education of college student party members has become a top priority in party building work.The article intends to focus on the development of student party members in four local vocational colleges in Huai'an as the main survey objects,analyze the problems encountered in the survey,and provide a set of effective countermeasures for building a quality assurance system for the development of student party members in vocational colleges.To some extent,it solves the difficulties in student party building work.
