摘要
目的:基于“双师三阶六步”教学模式,探索线上线下混合式教学实践。方法:选取广州卫生职业技术学院2021级智慧健康养老服务与管理专业的98名学生,分成对照组和研究组,开展“老年人健康照护技术”教学。对照组采用传统教学法,研究组则基于“双师三阶六步”教学模式开展线上线下混合式教学,构建多元评价体系。结果:混合式教学能激发学生的学习积极性、主动性,提高教师教学成效。结论:混合式教学能实现信息技术与教学的有机融合,培养学生的职业素养、职业技能和岗位胜任力。
Objevctive:Based on the"double teacher,three stages,and six steps"teaching model,explore blended online and offline teaching practices.Method:98 students majoring in Smart Health and Elderly Care Services and Management from Guangzhou Health Vocational and Technical College in 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and a research group to carry out teaching on"Elderly Health Care Technology".The control group adopted traditional teaching methods,while the research group carried out blended online and offline teaching based on the"double teacher,three stages,and six steps"teaching model,constructing a diversified evaluation system.Result:Blended learning can stimulate students'learning enthusiasm and initiative,and improve teacher teaching effectiveness.Conclusion:Blended learning can achieve the organic integration of information technology and teaching,cultivate students'professional literacy,skills,and job competence.
